A clever combination of stability and flexibility, Coreflex is functional training at its best. The session offers an active flow and music will guide you through the whole session. Maybe the name Coreflex rings a bell already; we have simply taken the best out of flexibility training Flex and combined it with the stability training in Core. Training is based on natural way to move, while you challenge both your stability and flexibility. The feeling in the session is focused and active, strong and full of energy at the same time.
You train without tools, just with your own body as a load. Close to the ground or standing. The instructor will guide you nicely through all exercises in the session.
