Lie, balance, bend, roll, climb and jump. Core is a fundamental workout that increases your body control by means of exercises based on our natural patterns of motion. There’s a focus on the back, stomach and sides, but the session also works on the stability of all your joints, your balance and your flexibility.
Core is ideal for you if you want a challenging and functional workout, but it doesn’t require any previous experience. Core training gives you strength that will make your everyday life easier.
You exercise without any equipment as you let your body take the strain. Close to the floor or standing up. Focused or free. Inward-looking or outward-looking. Always with guiding leadership. Core gives you all-round strength from within.
