Yoga energy is a dynamic and physical yoga that presents more of a challenge. The session is aimed at those who have experience of yoga or similar exercise. Yoga involves a flowing harmony of breathing and motion, and you hold the positions for as long as required in order to be able to immerse yourself in them. Flow and harmony.
Yoga energy is based on the hatha branch of yoga. A session consists of various yoga exercises (‘asanas’), which combine to provide functional training for your body and harmony for your mind. Feel the tiredness and recharge with Yoga energy.
Trying for the first time? You are welcome to just turn up, but you will benefit more if you have performed yoga before. If you’ve not previously tried it, Yoga or Yoga Soft are more suitable places to begin. Yoga mats can be borrowed inside the room.
