Do you like straightforward weight training with tempo? If so, then Barbell (Skivstång) is for you! Here you train to driving music as part of a group using a weights bar with free weights. This works on the stability and strength of your whole body. The leader guides you to find the right technique and motivates you to maximise your capacity. You decide your own level of strain as it’s up to you to choose the weights. Barbell is a great combination of strength and music.
