Start Your "Spin Engines" Every Thursday at 19:15

It's a brand new year and we're kicking things off with a new spinning session. In SPINNING GRAND PRIX you do 40 minutes of cardio training on the bike, followed by 12-15 minutes of miniband to work on strength and flexibility. Join us every Thursday, 19:15 at our JIMS venue (Rue Gray 54, Etterbeek).
This is a 2023 limited edition and there will be 5 blocks during the year. Each block is 9-11 weeks, and they all have names after a race track. Get your engine revving for the first track: Monza, starting on the 12 January. Your steward Annika will safely guide you through the race. And the member who does the most sessions gets a reward!
Don't forget to bring an extra towel, in case we work out on the floor. Some of the workouts involve using minibands. Got hairy legs? It might be good to wear appropriate tights or trousers (yep, this advice is for you guys).

If you're not a member, you can still join us since your first Friskis session is always free. You just need to register for a "guest pass" on the website. The guest pass will give you access to a free session. It can be used once per user. Even with a guest pass, you still need to register for the session that you plan on attending.
Please note that registration is now mandatory for all sessions so please ensure that you register before you come to the session. You can book a session up to 15 minutes before the start of the session (both for our in-person and our online sessions). Our lovely hosts will check the registration list before the session begins.
