50/50 condition and strength
A great Friskis workout with exercises that you know well from our indoor sessions. We rotate between strength and condition exercises. You choose your own tempo, so those who want to challenge themselves more can also do a bit more, and those who prefer a calmer paste are free to choose that.
Program: after warming up, there are 10 exercises (5 strength and 5 condition exercises) which we do in 3 rounds, with a short rest between the rounds. We will finish with stretching.
You can join these sessions in Parc du Cinquantenaire (meeting point - running track/Stade d'Athlétisme across from the Military School), in times indicated in the calendar, rain or shine - remember there is no bad weather, just bad clothing.

This new sessions is part of our offering of our in-person sessions since starting from May 9th we will also offer 9 in-person sessions a week to all of our active members including Medium Jympa, Basic Pulse, Dance Explode 55, Core and Coreflex. Also we will be offering 7 Running and Nordic Walking sessions a week as well as 7 online live Zoom sessions a week.
In order to guarantee that social distancing guidelines, mandated by the Belgian authorities, are respected, we will be limiting the maximum number of participants to each session (max 23 adult participants). To that end, we kindly request that all participants register online for each session in our membership portal.
If you're not a member, you can still join us since your first Friskis session is always free. You just need to register for a "guest pass" on the website. The guest pass will give you access to a free session. It can be used once per user. Even with a guest pass, you still need to register for the session that you plan on attending.
Please note that registration is now mandatory for all sessions so please ensure that you register before you come to the session. You can book a session up to 30 minutes before the start of the session (both for our in-person and our online sessions). Our lovely hosts will check the registration list before the session begins.
Also please ensure that you respect of the obligatory coronavirus measures (such as maintaining 1m50 physical security distance between participants and wearing a mask before and after the session.
It is very important for us to have an accurate count of the participants so that we can organize ourselves accordingly, so, if you have registered for a session and then, for whatever reason, you cannot attend we kindly ask you to please update the portal and remove your name as soon as possible, but at least two hours before the starting time.
