Annual General Meeting 2025 on 7th May

Dear members of Friskis&Svettis Brussels,

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of F&S Brussels will take place on Wednesday May 7th  at 19:30 at the Swedish Church, Avenue des Gaulois 35, B-1030 Bruxelles. 

All Friskis&Svettis members are welcome to participate in this meeting! Our annual assembly is an important event to learn more about what we do, express your opinion and influence future developments of our club! We really hope to see as many of you as possible! During the AGM, we will tackle statutory affairs but also seize the occasion to present the activities during the past year, and look at the future of our club. Please see the current proposed agenda in the 'AGM Documents' links below. 

To know how many people will be present, we kindly ask you to register for the meeting as you would do to register for a sports class. You can thus find it in the F&S Brussels app on your phone or the registration Website. Please do this before Wednesday, April 30th.

All members can submit motions. Please remember to submit your motions latest on Monday, April 28th 2025. If you wish to present a motion to the Board please read the instructions in link below for 'Template for submitting a motion'. 

Please print, sign and scan your Motion and send it to the following email address before the deadline: agm@friskis.be
If you cannot participate, you can be represented by another member by using this proxy form. Again we ask you to please print, sign and scan your proxy and send it to the following email address at least 1 hour before the beginning of the AGM: agm@friskis.be

The final AGM documents will be published one week before the meeting (Wednesday, April 30th). For your information, please find below the draft agenda as proposed by the Board, and other documents for the meeting.
