An energetic mix of strength, cardio and mobility
Multifys is an all-round training for everybody. It offers a clear, accessible and no frills training with a lot of variation, including strength, stability and cardio.
Multifys or Interval training is a form of training where we alternate a circuit of exercises with high intensity and a short recovery period. Then we start again for a certain number of repetitions.
It's hard but it pays off!
Our body and our muscles get used to training relatively quickly and they become lazy; it is therefore time to shake up the machine to progress. Doing short but high-intensity exercises works our heart, and helps us improve our cardio endurance. We will also burn more energy faster.
Are weights included in this?
We will offer both Multifys and Multifys Soft, and in the future we might use weights (discs, dumbbells) for some parts, but currently we use only our own bodies. But rest assured; even if we choose to add weights in the future, the session remains accessible to all as always at Friskis and the weights are optional for those who wish to go further.
The role of the presenter
In Multifys the instructors are free to make their own sessions based on a few basic frames with intervals, which ensures a lot of variation and interesting music. This way you will have even more variation and pep in your workouts!
