Jympa medel is ideal for you if you have already made some progress with your training. Here you exercise your body for what it is made for. You stretch and rotate, push up, bend and jump. An all-round workout for the entire body, training your stamina, strength, elasticity and coordination.
Because it’s easy to keep up, Jympa is great for training in large groups. The group generates a sense of being part of something bigger. Join us for a varied ride with the maximum release of endorphins.
