Introducing Friskis Online Training

Over 50 new sessions from Friskis & Svettis available online on www.friskissvettis.be - including a selection of free sessions for all and many more exclusively for members

We are pleased to announce that we are launching Friskis Online Training and making 50 new online sessions available to all of our members. As many of your know, Friskis & Svettis Brussels is a small, proud member of the immense Friskis family, and during these difficult times our parent organization, Friskis&Svettis, has decided to offer a vast selection of 50 new online training videos with their own Swedish instructors to all of our members which you can all access directly on our website.

Now all these new sessions are in addition to the live online sessions that our own tireless Brussels instructors offer you every week or the over 20 free pre-recorded sessions which are already available on our own Brussels YouTube page. This is a bonus gift from our Swedish colleagues to our own members. 

But don't worry, even if the new sessions ore hosted by our Swedish colleagues (and are mostly in Swedish), our own volunteers have translated all the text for the sessions in English, French and Dutch so you will be able to follow all of the sessions with ease. 

The Friskis Online Training is divided in 3 parts:

  1. Friskis Play (online training classes which are open to everyone)
    Here you have the chance to try Friskis online training in a number of sessions (including Jympa, Yoga, Coreflex, etc) that are free and open to everyone. You can use them to train when and where you want.
  2. Friskis time-out (short exercises for short breaks) 
    Here you are guided through a series of free "mini sessions", which offers you a few minutes of movement, perfect to do at work or at home. Wake up stiff muscles and make the heart pump a little bit faster!
  3. Friskis Play For Members: (password protected, bigger selection of online sessions). 
    In this special session, which is exclusively for active Friskis members, you are offered almost 20 different types of sessions (including Family workout, Coreflex, Dance, HIT, Circuit training, Coreflex, Jympa, etc) with multiple sessions in each category for a total of almost 50 separate sessions. 
    We will send a separate message to all of our active members with the necessary username and password to access this section (the password will change every few months).

If you want to excercise your whole life, it must be fun.

Therefore, our excercise affects and challenges our body and minds. We are rather in the experience industry than in the health industry.
