We are pleased to announce that our Live Zoom sessions will continue in the month of May.
As we have already announced, thanks to the loosening of the Covid restrictions, our in-person session will finally resume this month and we will be offering multiple in-person sessions in Parc du Cinquantenaire in May! We are truly happy about these news also because this is a sign that things are slowly returning to normal.... but that doesn’t mean that we will stop providing live online sessions to all of our members like we have been doing consistently for the past 6 months as part of our commitment to keeping you fit and healthy.
Our wonderful instructors will still be offering at least 7 virtual sessions a week for the entire month and between CoreFlex, Yoga, Miniband and Dance Explode there is something for everyone!
And this is on top of the recently released Friskis Online Training which makes 50 new online sessions available to all of our members made by our Swedish colleagues which you can all access directly on our website.
And don't forget that Friskis is always an experience that is best shared... even virtually! So feel free to invite a friend or colleague to join you. After all through the "free trial card" non-members can also enjoy our Zoom sessions... and their first one is free!
If you want to try out a session for free, you can also do this via the membership portal. Simply make an account and select the "Free access to one session" option in the "Class Packs" menu. Then simply select the Friskis session you prefer to try out and get ready to discover a brand new way to stay active and healthy!
Please remember that registration is now mandatory for all sessions so please ensure that you register before you come to the session. You can book a session up to 30 minutes before the start of the session (both for our in-person and our online sessions).
