After announcing the return of our Family Circuit sessions, we are overjoyed that we can announce the return of our other in-person sessions in Parc du Cinquantenaire in the month of May!

Thanks to the further relaxation of the Covid-19 restrictions, starting from May 9th we will offer 9 in-person sessions a week to all of our active members including Medium Jympa, Basic Pulse, Dance Explode 55, Core and Coreflex. We will also be offering two new types of sessions, Modus and Utefys. These sessions will be in addition to our online sessions and our Running and Nordic Walking.
So come and join us every every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 7 PM and Sundays at 10 AM and 11 AM, starting from 9th May 2021, in Parc du Cinquantenaire (the football field opposite the Royal Military Academy). We will be offering 2 parallel sessions at the same time in different parts of the park in order to allow more members to participate. Please be sure to bring your towel for the floor exercises, bottle of water and, of course, your smile!
In order to guarantee that social distancing guidelines, mandated by the Belgian authorities, are respected, we will be limiting the maximum number of participants to each session (max 23 participants).To that end, we kindly request that all participants register online for each session in our membership portal.
If you'renot a member, you can still join us since your first Friskis session is always free. You just need to register for a "guest pass" on the website, which will give you access to a free session. It can be used once per user. Even with a guest pass, you still need to register for the session that you plan on attending.
Please note that registration is now mandatory for all sessions so please ensure that you register before you come to the session. You can book a session up to 30 minutes before the start of the session (both for our in-person and our online sessions). Our lovely hosts will check the registration list before the session begins.
Also please ensure that you respect of the obligatory coronavirus measures (such as maintaining 1m50 physical security distance between participants and wearing a mask before and after the session.
It is very important for us to have an accurate count of the participants, so that we can organize ourselves accordingly. If you have registered for a session and then, for whatever reason, you cannot attend, we kindly ask you to please update the portal and remove your name as soon as possible (at least two hours before the starting time).
