Enjoy almost 40 sessions a week with Friskis

The Friskis&Svettis Spring Semester begins on February 1st! We are happy to announce that starting in February we will be offering almost 40 sessions a week consisting of Indoor, Outdoor and Virtual sessions.
These sessions will include Coreflex, Dance Explode, Station 75, Yoga, Jympa, Intensive and many others in our various indoor venues. And we'll also be offering Spinning sessions and Barbell sessions at our Jims Jourdan venue. And for all you Multifys fans we are pleased to announce that we'll also be offering 2 outdoor Multifys sessions a week after Easter on top of our regular Multifys sessions. Multifys offers an energetic mix of strength, fitness and mobility. Simple and clear basic exercises, but with a small twist! Give it a try!
We will also be offering multiple in-person Outdoor sessions a week (including Running Soft, Running Intervals, Running Cross, Running Distance and Nordic Walking) in multiple locations in Brussels (like Parc du Cinquantennaire, Park Woluwe and Sonian Forest). Please note that the meeting point for our Parc du Cinquantennaire sessions has moved to the Merode Entrance of the park (and is no longer under the arch).
On top of that Lisa will continue to offer live Yoga virtual sessions every Monday so there's something for everyone!
But wait, there's more! There are quite a few changes to the Schedule this semester as we wanted to spread the joy of Friskis wider and think that members who are used to going to one venue and instructors giving classes at another should finally meet. Therefore many of our instructors are moving venues, hoping to make their fans discover other venues and to attract new crowds where they go.
So the noteworthy changes to the Schedule are the following:
We are pleased to remind you that we have 2 brand new venues for you to enjoy! You can join Lies every Wednesdays at 6.30pm in the Optima sportshall at Grand Rue au Bois/Grote Bosstraat 70, 1030 Schaerbeek (next to the school De Kriek).
We are also offering 2 sessions a week at the European Council Sports Centre (entrance from Rue de Froissart): a Jympa Basic session on Tuesdays from 17:30-18:30 with a pool of instructors and on Fridays from 12:15-13:00 a Coreflex session with Lene. Please note that for security reasons, access to these Council sessions are only for badge holders of a European institution, who have a badge giving an access to the Council premises. Please note that you may have to pass a security check as you enter the building.
If you're not a member, you can still join us since your first Friskis session is always free. You just need to register for a "guest pass" on the website. The guest pass will give you access to a free session. It can be used once per user. Even with a guest pass, you still need to register for the session that you plan on attending.
Please note that registration is now mandatory for all sessions so please ensure that you register in our membership portal or in our app before you come to the session. You can book a session up to 15 minutes before the start of the session (both for our in-person and our online sessions). Our lovely hosts will check the registration list before the session begins.
Also don't forget that whenever you introduce a friend to Friskis, and they become a member, you will get a free extra month added to your Friskis and Svettis membership by having them send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org (subject line: Refer a Friend)!
As we say farewell to the cold, winter months and welcome the joys of a (slightly) warmer Spring we want to kick off the new year in the best possible way! After all, Friskis, just like keeping fit, is something that everyone should enjoy all year round! So bring your enthusiasm and your smiles and we'll provide the rest!
