Enjoy over 35 sessions a week with Friskis

February is finally here and with it begins our new F&S spring semester! From the 1st of February onwards you can join us to enjoy over 35 sessions a week consisting of Indoor, Outdoor and Virtual sessions. Our instructors have been hard at work preparing all kinds of sessions for you so there's something for everyone and we have lots of new surprises in store. This semester we'll now be offering 2 Barbell sessions and 2 Spinning sessions a week at our Jims Jourdan venue and don't forget our Family sessions for 2-6 y so you can enjoy Friskis with even your youngest family members.
To celebrate the start of the new Spring semester we have prepared a Spring Flower Kick-off on Saturday 4th February 2023, a public mega event that is free and open to all (both members and non members). Our amazing instructors have put together a series of special sessions to present the new semesters' indoor, outdoor and barbell programs.

If you're not a member, you can still join us since your first Friskis session is always free. You just need to register for a "guest pass" on the website. The guest pass will give you access to a free session. It can be used once per user. Even with a guest pass, you still need to register for the session that you plan on attending.
Please note that registration is now mandatory for all sessions so please ensure that you register before you come to the session. You can book a session up to 15 minutes before the start of the session (both for our in-person and our online sessions). Our lovely hosts will check the registration list before the session begins.
Also don't forget that whenever you introduce a friend to Friskis, and they become a member, you will get a free extra month added to your Friskis and Svettis membership by having them send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org (subject line: Refer a Friend)!
