Christmas 2020 Zoom Sessions and Mega Session Video

the year is almost over (at last!!!!) but don't worry... Friskis is still here for you during the holiday season! We are pleased to announce that our live Zoom sessions will continue with a special Christmas schedule from 21st December 2020 till the 3rd of January 2021 for all our active members! Our lovely instructors will be here for you to bring some holiday cheer and fun exercise directly to your home during the holidays, just like they have been for the rest of the year. It's what they do! Cause that is the true spirit of Christmas and of Friskis: to give... with a smile!

But wait, there's more! As you know, we couldn't have our Christmas mega-session this year... but we couldn't just let it go and so we are giving you the next best thing: a Friskis Brussels Xmas Mega-session VIDEO! 60 minutes, 7 instructors, 22 songs and 1 turkey hat will give you a fun and festive exercise session you won't soon forget, also because you can enjoy it over and over again.

The video is now live on our YouTube page. It is a 100% free video and is accessible by everyone so be sure to share it as much as possible!

As this long (very long!) year comes to an end, we hope that Friskis has contributed in some small way to making this difficult year a bit less socially distant, as we still found ways to exercise and smile together! Never forget that we are here to serve our beloved community in whatever way we can!
