La Bruxelloise Run and Walk on Oct. 6th

We hope you can join us for the 14th edition of La Bruxelloise charity run and walk, on the 6th of October at 10.30am. For more information and/or to register: la-bruxelloise.org

This charity race will start at 10.30 am at the Fallon stadium (Woluwé Saint Lambert). Initially a women's race, anyone can take part by wearing a feminine accessory, and your biggest smile, to raise money for breast cancer research in partnership with the St-Luc Foundation. Run 3km, 6km or 9km, or 1.5km with your child, or Nordic Walk. Before, during and after the race, Friskis will watch your belongings, help you warm up, and cheer you on!

When to come on the 6th of Oct?
- 9h00 : Opening of the village
- 10h00 : Group warm-up by Friskis instructors 
- 10h20 : Start of the children's race (6-12yo) 
- 10h30 : Start of the official race

Want to train for the run? We warmly invite you to join the outdoor community of Friskis, we are offering 8 Running or Nordic Walking Sessions every week: 

• Running Soft, Wednesdays from 19:30-20:15 in Parc du Cinquantenaire (meeting point at the Merode entrance). For any beginners, or runners looking for a friendly group. 
• Running Intervals, Monday from 19:30-20:30 in Parc du Cinquantenaire (meeting point at the Merode entrance). One-hour session to improve your technique, strength and speed. For regular or experienced runners.
• Running Cross, Thursday from 19.30-20:30 in Parc du Cinquantenaire (meeting point at the Merode entrance). A varied, all-around training where you exercise at various “stations” and challenge the body in different ways between runs (legs, core, arms, etc.). For intermediate or experienced runners.
• Running Distance, Saturday and Sunday. Saturday 10:00 - 11.30 in Parc du Cinquantenaire (meeting point at the Merode entrance). Sunday 11:00 - 12:30 in the Fôret de Soignes at the ADEPS center (Waversesteenweg 2057, 1160 Audergem). For experienced or regular runners, it guarantees 90 minutes of fun and fresh air!
• Nordic Walking, Tuesday and Saturday. Tuesday at 19:00 at Parc du Woluwe (meeting point: near the “Chien Verts” bus stop (36, 39, 44)). Saturdays at 9:30am at 4 bras (4 Armen Tervuren). Discover a new and fun way to stay fit.
