Christmas MegaSession December 11th

You are cordially invited on Sunday 11 December, to a Xmas Friskis Disco (or Frisco) Mega Session of 75 minutes in Etterbeek (Rue du Clocher 24, Maalbeek Sport Center), from 11:30am-12:45pm.  The session will be given by a pool of our talented instructors in their best Xmas and Disco costumes (and hair) giving you a Christmas session you will never forget! 

The Session is open to all (both members and non-members alike) so bring your friends cause Christmas, like Friskis, is something that should be shared. 

But wait there's more!!!
We'll also have a Xmas Family session on the same day (Sunday 11 December) at 10:00am so that our Family members can also get in the Christmas spirit with the little ones before the Mega session at 11H30 with free Babysittting for the little ones.

Most of our other internal sessions are cancelled that day so you have no excuse to skip it!
