Friskis 30 year anniversary retreat 20-22 May 2022

Good news everyone... You might have heard from our dear hosts about the extraordinary event: the Friskis 30 year anniversary weekend.

The event will take place from 17:00 Friday 20th May 2022 to 14:00 Sunday 22nd May 2022, at CENTRE SPORTIF ADEPS : LA FRAINEUSE in Spa (Address : Avenue Amédée Hesse, 41A – 4900 Spa).

The weekend will start at Brussels at 18h Friday with a mega session by our wonderful instructors. After a dinner we will be taken by buses to SPA.

Throughout the whole Saturday and best part of Sunday in Spa, we offer a rich sportive indoor and outdoor program where everyone will find their golden choice of workout. You can join for your favourite sessions such as Jympa, Core, Dance, Yoga, Barbell, Dance Explode and more... in various combinations given by instructors from Belgium and other international FS clubs. Ladies and gentlemen, we are very proud to present some sessions starring legendary Swedes such as Emma Johansson and Johan Thor!!! Plus, since the sport centre is situated in the beautiful Spa nature, check out some running or Nordic walking classes!

After the Saturday workout, we will be rewarded by a gala dinner and THE party. It is well known that Friskis parties are the best parties ever, do not miss it!

It all finishes on Sunday around 14h to make sure we have time to return our tired, happy bodies to home.

The price comprising 2 nights, all meals including the gala dinner will be round 100€ per person for accommodation in rooms for 3, 4, 5 or 6 people. It will also be possible to have accommodation for 2 people and this will be a bit more expensive, probably round 130€ per person (a specific price is still to be confirmed).

If you would like to join then we ask you to please reply via email to 30years@friskis.be by February 3rd, 2022 indicating the number of interested participants. Please specify if you would like a double room (foreseen for couples only).

The sanitary recommendations valid in Belgium will be applied during that weekend. Please be aware that only participants with a valid Covid Safe Ticket/EU Digital COVID Certificate are asked to register in order to avoid cancelations.
