Now hear this: all of our Friskis Family Circuit sessions are 100% FREE till the end of 2021! That's right Christmas is coming early this year so please accept this special gift from our family to yours! So register and book your slot right now for our so that you can enjoy keeping fit with your kids in a fun way for free in November and December 2021!
Family circuits are session of 40-45 minutes and divided into 2 sets of fun stations exercises to do in duo parents-kid. Because this requires a little bit of coordination, this session is adapted to kids as of 6 yo and until 12 yo. So come and join us every every Sunday at 4 PM, in our Etterbeek venue (sport center De Maalbeek). Bring your towel for the floor exercises, bottle of water and, of course, your smile!

HOW TO REGISTER?
To participate for free to a Friskis Family session in November and December 2021, you need to first register an account on our membership portal

In 2022 (when the special offer expires) you can still enjoy our Family sessions for a ridiculously low price! Parents exercise for free and children need to get a Kids membership to join the classes - 5 months for 30 EUR and 10 months for 50 EUR. Simply access our membership portal and select the KIDS MEMBERSHIP for either 5 or 10 months.
OTHER THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

- COVID Safe Ticket and ID are required in all our indoor venues

- masks are obligatory in our indoor venues before and after the session
