Introducing a New Venue: the European Council Sports Center

Good news for our members with access to the European Council premises! One of our main goals is to give the gift of Friskis to as many people as possible. To that end we are always trying to find new venues so that attending our sessions is easier for our members. To that end we are pleased to announce that this semester we'll be offering sessions in a brand new venue: the European Council sports centre (entrance from Rue de Froissart). 

In our Fall 2023 semester we will be offering 2 sessions there every week: a Jympa Basic session on Tuesdays from 17:30-18:30 with a pool of instructors, and on Fridays from 12:15-13:00 a Coreflex session with Lene.

Please note that for security reasons, access to these Council sessions are only for badge holders of a European institution, who have a badge giving an access to the Council premises. Also note that you may have to pass a security check as you enter the building. Friskis unfortunately does not have the power to authorize other people to access this building, so we ask only members who have access to the Council building to register for these sessions. We appreciate your understanding.
