Updated notice - Annual General Meeting 2024 on 23rd April

Dear members of Friskis&Svettis Brussels,

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of F&S Brussels will take place on Tuesday April 23 at 19:00 at the Swedish Church, Avenue des Gaulois 35, B-1030 Bruxelles. 

All Friskis&Svettis members are welcome to participate in this meeting! Our annual assembly is an important event to learn more about what we do, express your opinion and influence future developments of our club. We really hope to see as many of you as possible! During the AGM, we will tackle statutory affairs (as listed in proposed agenda found in a link below). We also seize the occasion to present the activities during the past year, and look at the future of our club.

To know how many people will be present, we kindly ask you to register for the meeting as you would do to register for a sports class. You can thus find it in the F&S Brussels app on your phone or on our website. Please do this before Thursday, 18th April 2024.

All members can submit motions. Please remember to submit your motions latest on Tuesday, 16th April 2023. If you wish to present a motion to the Board please find the template link below. Please print, sign and scan your Motion and send it to the following email address before the deadline: agm@friskis.be

If you cannot participate, you can be represented by another member by using the proxy form link below. Again we ask you to please print, sign and scan your proxy and send it to the following email address at least 1 hour before the beginning of the AGM: agm@friskis.be

The AGM documents will be published at least one week before the meeting (Tuesday 16th April 2024) here below. For your information, please find enclosed the draft agenda as proposed by the Board.
