Real training. No weirdness. Outside!
Utefys (Outdoor fitness) is a great Friskis outdoor workout with exercises that you know well from our indoor sessions. Here you get training for your whole body with classic and effective exercises that are easy to perform regardless of exercise habit. Half strength, half condition. No weirdness.
We rotate between strength and condition exercises. You choose your own tempo, so those who want to challenge themselves more can also do a bit more, and those who prefer a calmer pace are free to do that.
Program: after warming up, there are 10 exercises (5 strength and 5 condition exercises) which we do in 3 rounds, with a short rest between the rounds. We will finish with stretching.
