Enjoy over 35 sessions a week with Friskis

The Friskis&Svettis Fall Semester begins on September 1st! After the huge success of our free summer sessions we are happy to announce that starting in September we will be offering over 35 sessions a week consisting of Indoor, Outdoor and Virtual sessions. These sessions will include Coreflex, Basic/Core/Medium Pulse, Dance Explode, Core, Station 75, Yoga, Basic, Medium and Intensive Jympa) in our various indoor venues. And for all you Utefys fans we are pleased to announce that we'll also be offering 2 Utefys sessions a week during the month of September.
And if you're in for a special treat then you can try out our newest sessions: Multifys and Multifys Soft. Multifys offers an energetic mix of strength, fitness and mobility. Simple and clear basic exercises, but with a small twist, just give it a try!
Just like last semester, we'll be offering Spinning sessions and Barbell sessions at our Jims Jourdan venue. On top of that Lisa will continue to offer live Yoga virtual sessions every Monday so there's something for everyone! Also back are the Family sessions for 2-6y on Sundays 10 AM. Every Sunday at 10 AM, in our Etterbeek venue (sport center De Maalbeek) you can enjoy our fun stations exercises to do in duo parents-kid with your younger kids (2 year old - 6 year old) and one of our newest instructors, Priscille.
We will also be offering multiple in-person Outdoor sessions a week (including Running Quality, Running Cross, Start to Run, Running Distance and Nordic Walking) in multiple locations in Brussels (like Parc du Cinquantennaire, Park Woluwe and Sonian Forest). Please note that the meeting point for our Parc du Cinquantennaire sessions has moved to the Merode Entrance of the park (and is no longer under the arch). But wait there's more... Martin Karlsson is back in Brussels and will start as of September as a Running Quality and Running Cross instructor, alternating with George on Monday (Running Quality) and Thursday (Running Cross) evenings. He will provide you with even more variation, different challenges and lot of sweaty fun.
Other september events
We have a special treat for you... Matteo Mariano will have his Barbell Intervals LICENSING session in Jim's on Saturday 3rd September 10:00-11:15. Matteo will make you move and sweat, the lovely Friskis way. Come and check it out, licensing session is free for everybody, non-members included. However, places are limited, so please keep an eye on the calendar and register as soon as possible. In case you are not able to join Matteo for the licensing session, you can still join him in Jim's on Thursday evenings 20:30-21:30 for Barbell sessions.
And don't forget that you have until the 30th September to take advantage of the 30 for 30 promo! Friskis is still celebrating it's 30th anniversary so to commemorate the special event we are offering a special 30 for 30 promo to all NEW and RETURNING members: You get a 30% discount if you sign up to Friskis&Svettis between February 1st and September 30th 2022.

We kindly request that all participants register online for each session in our membership portal or in our app. If you're not a member, you can still join us since your first Friskis session is always free. You just need to register for a "guest pass" on the website. The guest pass will give you access to a free session. It can be used once per user. Even with a guest pass, you still need to register for the session that you plan on attending.
Please note that registration is now mandatory for all sessions (even for the free sessions) so please ensure that you register before you come to the session. You can book a session up to 30 minutes before the start of the session (both for our in-person and our online sessions). Our lovely hosts will check the registration list before the session begins.
It is very important for us to have an accurate count of the participants so that we can organize ourselves accordingly, so, if you have registered for a session and then, for whatever reason, you cannot attend we kindly ask you to de-register in the portal or via the app as soon as possible, so as to allow someone else to register.
It's been a great (and hot) summer but just because the summer and our free summer sessions are over there is no reason for the fun to end! Friskis, just like keeping fit, is something that everyone should enjoy all year round!
