100 free Summer Sessions during July and August 2021

The Friskis&Svettis Summer Sessions begin on July 1st! (We've been waiting a loooong time to say that)
This summer we will be offering you 100 different free sessions (for free!!!) during the months of July and August consisting of Park, Indoor, Outdoor (Running and NW) and Virtual sessions (have we mentioned that the free sessions are 100% free?!). It truly is the most wonderful time of the year!
We will continue to offer our in-Person sessions via our Park and Indoor sessions in various venues like Parc du Cinquantennaire (at the football field opposite the Royal Military Academy), in our Etterbeek (Maelbeek Sports Center) and our Woluwé (Mounier) venue. Our sessions will include Medium Jympa, Dance Explode 55, Coreflex, Basic Jympa, Core, Station 55, Pulse Medium, Yoga, Utefys and our brand new session Modus. Please be sure to bring your towel for the floor exercises, bottle of water and, of course, your smile!
We will also be offering multiple in-person Outdoor sessions a week (including Running Quality, Running Cross, Start to Run and Nordic Walking) in multiple locations in Brussels (like Parc du Cinquantennaire, Park Woluwe and Tervuren). On top of that, by popular demand, Lisa will continue to offer Live YOGA (virtual session) every Monday 8.00 a.m. during the summer months so there's something for everyone!
In order to guarantee that social distancing guidelines, mandated by the Belgian authorities, are respected, we will be limiting the maximum number of participants to each session. To that end, we kindly request that all participants register online for each session in our membership portal.
If you're not a member, you still need to register for the sessions (reminder that registering for summer sessions is 100% free). You just need to go to our membership portal and create a free membership profile. You will then be able to register for the free summer sessions. Please remember that you still need to register for each summer session that you plan on attending.
Please note that registration is now mandatory for all sessions (even for the free sessions) so please ensure that you register before you come to the session. You can book a session up to 30 minutes before the start of the session (both for our in-person and our online sessions). Our lovely hosts will check the registration list before the session begins.
Also please ensure that you respect of the obligatory coronavirus measures (such as maintaining 1m50 physical security distance between participants and wearing a mask before and after the session).
It is very important for us to have an accurate count of the participants so that we can organize ourselves accordingly, so, if you have registered for a session and then, for whatever reason, you cannot attend we kindly ask you to de-register in the portal or via the app as soon as possible, so as to allow someone else to register.

The free summer sessions are a gift from Friskis&Svettis to our beloved community! After the past frustration and isolation of the past 15 months we are eager to move and sweat together with you all once again as we enjoy the warmth of the sun... together! For Friskis is an activity that needs to be shared. The relationship between our instructors and their participants is symbiotic. We feed off their energy just like they feed off our smiles. Our common passion for wanting to be fit and to have fun binds us all together. need to in the glow of the sunlight! So come and join us at our Park sessions, at one of our Indoor locations, in our Outdoor sessions or even virtually in our Zoom sessions... the choice is yours... after all... it's free!
