Cross between running and strength stations
Imagine going for a run where you occasionally pause to do a few press-ups against a park bench or to do some standing jumps onto a rock. This is Running cross.
This session is straightforward outdoors training and full of variety. You alternate between running for a bit and stopping to do press-ups, utilising your own body weight – the focus is on strength and usually gets your pulse racing.
Running cross is ideal for you if you’ve been out running before and are looking for an all-in-one session where you work on both your fitness and your strength. Training with a sense of community. Run to the strength station with Running cross!
Trying for the first time? Do you think you can jog for 1 kilometre in less than 7 minutes? If so, you are ready. You can also expect to get a little muddy during your workout.
