Multiple Exercise Session Options Every Day of the Week!

With over 35 sessions per week, and options for every day of the week, you can get fit and stay healthy with our great instructors and motivating music. There are various locations around Brussels and a wide mix of group exercises and intensities: Jympa, Running, Barbell, Family Sessions, Spinning, Yoga, Coreflex and more. And until the end of September this includes Multifys (interval training) in Parc du Cinquantenaire. Check out the Autumn Schedule, and learn how to join Friskis or reserve a session here.
