Enjoy over 35 sessions a week with Friskis and many more surprises

The Friskis&Svettis Fall Semester continues in October with many new surprises that you don't want to miss! But most importantly we will continue to offer over 35 sessions a week consisting of Indoor, Outdoor and Virtual sessions.
Our in-person indoor sessions will include Coreflex, Basic/Core/Medium Pulse, Dance Explode, Core, Station 75, Yoga, Modus, Basic, Medium, and Intensive Jympa) in our various indoor venues. We'll also be offering Spinning sessions and Barbell sessions at our Jims Jourdan venue. And if you're looking for a special session you can participate with your children (aged 6-12) you can always you can try out our Family Circuit sessions (6-12 yy) every Sunday at 4 PM, in our Etterbeek venue. We will also be offering multiple in-person Outdoor sessions a week (including Running Quality, Running Cross, Start to Run, Running Distance and Nordic Walking) in multiple locations in Brussels (like Parc du Cinquantennaire, Park Woluwe and Sonian Forest). Please note that the meeting point for our Parc du Cinquantennaire sessions has moved to the Merode Entrance of the park (and is no longer under the arch).
On top of that, we will continue to offer Lisa and Fleur will continue to offer live Yoga and Medium Jympa virtual sessions every Monday and Wednesday so there's something for everyone!
But that's not all there's plenty more to look forward to in the month of October:
In order to guarantee that social distancing guidelines, mandated by the Belgian authorities, are respected, we will be limiting the maximum number of participants to each session. To that end, we kindly request that all participants register online for each session in our membership portal.
If you're not a member, you can still join us since your first Friskis session is always free. You just need to register for a "guest pass" on the website. The guest pass will give you access to a free session. It can be used once per user. Even with a guest pass, you still need to register for the session that you plan on attending.
Please note that registration is now mandatory for all sessions (even for the free sessions) so please ensure that you register before you come to the session. You can book a session up to 30 minutes before the start of the session (both for our in-person and our online sessions). Our lovely hosts will check the registration list before the session begins.
Also please ensure that you respect of the obligatory coronavirus measures (such as maintaining 1m50 physical security distance between participants and wearing a mask before and after the session).
It is very important for us to have an accurate count of the participants so that we can organize ourselves accordingly, so, if you have registered for a session and then, for whatever reason, you cannot attend we kindly ask you to de-register in the portal or via the app as soon as possible, so as to allow someone else on the waiting list to register.
