Playful physical training for 7-11-year olds together with adults
Family Circuit is a circuit training session for children and adults. This involves all-round exercise for you and your child with a focus on what our bodies are designed to do, such as pulling, pushing, jumping and bending. Get ready for a full-on, action-packed shared experience! The session is ideal for children aged 7-11 years.
The session begins with the leader giving a run-through of all the circuit’s exercises. Each station can be adapted to ensure that both children and adults enjoy a workout that is both fun and challenging. You perform the exercises together and can encourage each other to really get the most out of every session. The leader guides you through the techniques and equipment during the session.
Family Circuit involves variation and is ideal for children’s ways of switching between full-speed and rest. The exercises are playful and utilise both simple equipment and variations requiring no equipment at all. Push yourselves to the max at Family Circuit!
